Refund policy
RETURNS
You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
PROCESS
You must get prior authorization from customer service to return a package. Returns without authorization will not be processed.
Please contact us at faye@cuteacatfe.com if you would like to request a return. Once authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return back to us with track & trace. We are sadly unable to offer return labels at this time, so returns will have to be on your own cost UNLESS it's a quality issue.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
EXCEPTIONS
Blind boxes and customized items are ineligible for returns or refunds.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at faye@cuteacatfe.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
All items can be cancelled and refunded before it is shipped. Please note that cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
If your item is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times. If you choose to receive a refund instead of a reshipment, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total.
