SHIPPING
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we're only able to ship to 13 EU countries*, the UK and the US. Delivery times may vary for remote US regions (Alaska & Hawaii)
*EU countries included: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For handmade items that are made to order, please allow 7-21 business days. During holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all products besides (most) handmade items!
For handmade items shipping to Belgium is usually free, for the EU & UK it's free on orders above 75 EUR.
My order was marked as delivered, why is it not here?
Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day.
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Your order may arrive in multiple packages because we work with different trusted suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider range of carefully selected products for your pets.
RETURNS
Can I return or exhange?
Yes. Unopened and unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please keep your receipt and ensure the item is in its original packaging. See our full return policy for more details.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
So sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us photos at faye@cuteacatfe.com within 48 hours of delivery for further evaluation.
OTHER
Do you sell pet food?
No, we currently are unable to offer pet food because we do not have the required licenses for it (yet).
What makes your store different from other stores?
Everything we offer is chosen with care. We spend time researching and selecting products we truly believe in, with your pet’s wellbeing at heart.
With every order, we also donate a portion to animal shelters ~ so together, we can help pets who are still waiting for a loving home ♡
